Learned on the Farm. Built One Job at a Time.

ETG Landwork is owned and operated by Luis Gallardo, who spent more than three years on a working farm running skid steers, tractors, excavators and dozers. That is where he learned demolition, grading and land clearing the practical way, one project at a time. Visitors to the farm started asking him to handle their own properties, and those side jobs grew into a business. In July 2026, Luis founded ETG Landwork in Wingate, NC to serve property owners, builders and businesses across the Charlotte region.

Today we provide land clearing services, forestry mulching, demolition and complete site preparation, including house pads, driveway grading and trench excavation. Local concrete crews already call on Luis to grade driveways and dig footings so they can show up and pour, and that same standard goes into every job. When you call ETG Landwork, you talk directly to the owner, and he is the one running the machine on your property. Luis is also an experienced welder, which comes in handy on the job site.

    ETG Landwork runs its own skid steer and brings in excavators, dozers or mulching attachments when the job calls for them. That means you only pay for the machine your property actually needs. We schedule the mobilization around your timeline and your other contractors.

House Pad Construction

A house pad is the level, compacted base your home’s foundation sits on. We build pads to the size and elevation your plans call for, bringing in fill as needed, compacting it and grading the surrounding area so water drains away. A solid pad protects everything that gets built on top of it.
